However, it seems that ever since they expanded to include Canada, which is undoubtedly a great development, the response time for us in the US regarding emails, account reviews, and other matters, has significantly increased.This is frustrating as it used to only take an hour, or at most two. I understand that they claim to be very busy. My suggestion would be to hire more customer service representatives specializing in certain areas.This should alleviate the problem. As of now, I have been waiting for an account review since last night, as per usual.

The only issue is not just with me, but everyone is having a problem with the response time on emails and account reviews.Sometimes it takes a full 24 hours for anyone to return an email, when it used to be within two to three hours. But that’s the only issue. Everything else is great. The cash-outs are great, customer service is great, other than the email responses.I’ve been waiting for a response for probably 10 to 12 hours now.I apologize; I’m not mad, just trying to improve. The slow response time is basically the only issue I see.
